Pay for FragranceRush.com Orders in Person


You can start a FragranceRush.com order online and finish it in-store. Just add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select Pay with Cash as your payment option. Though this option is called Pay With Cash, you'll have 48 hours to pay in person using any of the following payment methods:

  • Any credit or debit card accepted in your local Pick-Up Center
  • Cash
  • Money order
  • FragranceRush Outlet gift card

We'll ship your order to you after you pay at the register. If you do not pay in person within 48 hours, your order is automatically canceled.

Before choosing the Pay With Cash option, keep in mind:

  • Coupons for items purchased online cannot be used at the store
  • If you have a FragranceRush eGift card, you can use it toward your balance online and pay your remaining balance in a store
  • If the Pay With Cash button does not appear at checkout, that item is not eligible to be paid for in person

*Orders available at your local store must be picked up within 7 days. If your order includes items that are shipped to your store, it must be picked up no later than 7 days after the final item arrives. After these dates, orders will be canceled and refunded. Item availability & pricing are not guaranteed.

Why are some products not available at my local store?

Due to variations in the merchandise inventory from one store to another, some items may be available at your local store and some may not. Certain sizes, styles and colors change frequently so check back often or look for the item you want on our website.

How will I know when Store Pickup applies to an item I'm buying?
Look for 'Store Pickup Available' on the item you are selecting.

How will I know my order is ready to pick up?
Approximately 1 hour after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail or text message that states "Your Order is Ready For Pickup". This e-mail alerts you that your order is ready for pickup and provides instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this e-mail before proceeding to the store.*Once the order has been completed, you will receive your 'Order is Ready For Pickup' e-mail or text message.

Who can pickup my order?

You can pickup your order or assign an alternate person to pickup the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email address (optional) of the person who will be picking up the order to the Pickup Option section during checkout.

What do I need to pickup my order?

You will need:
  • a government-issued ID
  • your pickup notification email
If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the associate can view it on your mobile device.

Where do I pickup my order?

All orders should be picked up from the Customer Service desk. Please reference your pickup notification email for specific pickup location details.
