All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. We'll provide you with a tracking & shipping information e-mail when order is finally complete.

Due to manufacturer packaging changes, product packaging may vary from the image shown on the product description page. Manufacturer of a brand-name product often makes changes to its products packaging, but the product quality is not affected by this changes.

Safety Alert: Due to federal restrictions, items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

Hassle-Free Returns

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, simply send the product back in its original packaging for a refund. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

When we receive your return, we'll process a full refund for the item price (excluding shipping). Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Note: Credit/replacement will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 5 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
